3rd Generation Custom CAI piping question

I am building a custom CAI. The first half (starting from the engine) will be a SRI (my car is a 5sfe 94 btw), then I will use this http://www.weapon-r.com/store/agora....ppinc=search2#

piece of tubing all the way down in front of the wheel behind the lower front bumber, and slap on a cone head filter. My question is regading the flexible rubber tubing. I am wondering if the "velocity of air" lost will be sibstancial enough to negate the effects of the whole setup. In other words say i get 5hp out of the setup, will my choice of piping (becasue of the air velocity lost going through this accordian like tubing) cost me some hp, or will this not matter at all?

I have always been a fan of running the intake behind a headlight. When you are at the track just pop the headlight out.

The tubing wont matter you arent going to see a difference at all between using the flexible tubing and the solid.
