4 cylinder, I assume?

Japspeed and Pacesetter both make a header for the 3s-fe. You will find it listed under a Celica application though... It bolts right on anyway. Good luck finding the Japspeed though. I have a Pacesetter one that I got used. No problems with it yet, but I did have to modify it to make it fit (bolt holes in slightly the wrong place).

For the rest of the piping, go 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" Any bigger and you will really start to loose the low end power.

Don't expect too much power out of it all.... My car is noticably faster (CAI, header, 2 1/4 piping, high flow cat and magnaflow muffler) but by no means a rocket.

Have fun with it...

Will the 3sfe header fit the 5sfe without any modification? Thanks

I believe it will bolt up to the head, but the exhaust downpipe will not attach to it without modification. I'm not sure though.

There are a couple different headers out there for the 5s-fe, so go search for the correct ones.
