I need to install some brake ducts, for track use. Has anyone made and installed their own home-made ducts?

Or, do you know of an off-the-shelf solution?

There's no room in my front air dam for duct openings (unless I take out my fogs which i don't wanna have to do). Will ducts have any effect if I try to pick up air from
- under the airdam?
- behind the airdam?

The car's an MR2 Turbo, but I'm looking for stories /advice from anyone's experience on any car! Thanks,
