Unhappy idel revving up and down

I have a 2000 Toyota Celica GTS automatic. My car keeps idling from 800 rpm to 2500. While I am stopped or in neutral. I just brought it to Toyota today they hooked it up to the computer and said everything was fine. I was not able to make it happen at the dealer. Does anyone have any idea what I should do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The car is bone stock. No modifications at all.

Please HELP!!!!!! Toyota couldn’t.

They said bring it in when it happens

Ha. I had the same problem with my AE86. I tried to take it to the shop but the problem stopped as soon as I pulled into the driveway.

It turned out that my coolant level was low.
