the tiens...as good as they are, are mad $....and really stiff, are u sure this is something u want?
also, they cannot be used in the winter time due to the pillow ball mounts.....u'll wear them down like a mofo and salt will killll them. u will then have to chagne out ur suspension every winter or park the car.

u settle for eibach now because of what? i'm confused....eibach will drop ur car 1.5inch...why not go for H&R OE sport springs..0.75 inch drop and 30% increase in stiffness over factory...this combined with tokico blue or kyb gr2 should be an inexpensive and good setup for the spiritied driving that u seem to persue :p

I thought the pillow ball mounts were optional not that I know what the hell they are. I am in California and there is no winter but that will change in the future, maybe even before I get this shit, so if it won't winter than that's not gonna cut it. I have no idea how to read those spring rates but it says the spring rate is adjustable...
I do know that I love the suspension on my dad's '76 BMW 2002, it has 325i tires, wheels, shocks and springs. It is stiff but I like it. something around there would be good.
Maybe I'll just give up on this adjustability idea.
Shit you keep double posting before I can reply to what you first said!!!
O.K.... H&R have .75inch drop and 30% stiffer??? Sounds pretty tight... is that stiffer than Eibach pro kit? I have not looked at those, i will go to their site and scope it out thanks....
88 LE- I have looked at that Koni guide but I don't see ZZE110 anywhere there. That fitament guide really confuses me. What model are you sugesting is the same as mine? (adjustable for front only is kinda cool 'cause my seats don't fold so I'd have to take them out to adjust the back anyway)
boroEF - Acording to the H&R site, I can only get the H&R sport springs 1.3 in front and 1.25 in back, almost exactly the same as Eibach as far as lowering.

I went to Koni North America And acording to their guide they make nothing for the Corolla after the '97 model year.
Also after looking a bit more on the main Koni site guide I think those struts you posted are for the AE, not the ZZ body style, so I don't know if they would fit.... Plus it says they are inserts so you have to cut the housing? Sounds kind of anoying. I will do this myself so I want something straight-forward to install. And it says for KYB only... does that mean I have to buy KYB struts, then replace the inserts with the Konis? That sounds wack...
