Tuning an AEM

This is for a friend of mine.

He has a 93 Eagle Talon AWD Turbo. I believe its a 93. Well, he fully built the motor, he's got a new turbo. Everything in his engine bay is like new. He went all out on this thing Hes got an AEM replacement computer and he was tuning the fuel maps and he cant get it right. I was just wondering if anybody had some tips on tuning this thing. Im trying to help him as much as possible. ANy help is appreciated.

Dyno tune or street tune?

Just making sure but he is using some sort of basemap correct? And he wants to fine tune?

Street tune, he needs to get it tuned enough to drive to orlando for an AWD dyno tune. and yes he has a base map, he did have some wiring issues on one of his sensors be he fixed that, and now hes got it running well enough so that hes not running lean at all. got a pretty good idle now also around 13-14 on his wideband.
