has anyone here participated in the mazda rev it up competition. i know we are all die hard toyota people but if you win you can take home a new mazda rx-8. the have different classes and you are given a branda new stock rx-8 to compete in. all for only $39 us. the website is www.mazdarevitup.com i would like to compete myself but i am driving on a speeding ticket and the rules say you have to have a valid license to compete.
all the cars have automatic transmissions they say it cuts down on the distractions.
also, a speeding ticket doesn't invalidate your license, they take it and don't send it back to you until you pay the fine, show up in court, or complete traffic school. or you can give them a bond card but you have to buy those ahead of time.
OMG some of the state laws suck real bad. At least we get a demerit point system, you dont loose your licence till you get 9 pnts in a 12 month period... then they take it for 30 days.

There are those who do things, and those who take credit... The trick is to be in the first group, there is a lot less compitition.

Hate to dig up an old thread, but did anyone have any opinions about this? It's coming to my area soon and I wanna know if it's worth the money or not. How was it?
