Brainstorming: How to fix this?

Hi Guys...

Just wondering if you think something like this could be fixed... if not if it is in a condition it can be taken to a shop to be molded and then perhaps we can do a group buy on Trueno JDM Front Bumpers?

What do you think?

i think its fixable

just bend the bent parts very carefully, then smooth out the cracks with putty, like clay sculpting

the bumper itself doesn't have to be actually "fixed", but just retain the shape of its original form, since you're only using it as a mould

how'd you end up his andrew's bumper?! i thought you had an EP or something?

I thought Andrew's bumper didn't take too much damage! It's broken on both sides?

i say you fix it boro style with fiberglass from the inside, then make a mold, or if you're really cheap you can slab some bondo on there

I think flashm had the right idea with plastic welding.

Maybe go get some doner plastic from a car at a wreckers then use it to beef up the broken spots then fill the gaps with PTex or something.

I have never done anything like that before but its worth a try. Oh I would use a propane torch of course to heat and melt.
