atf flush/change 96 camery V6

is there a DIY on ATF flush for a 96 camry V6?

i would like to know how much atf the camery holds?

moreover, i want to know if it's necessary to flush the tranny or just a simple drain and fill is enough.

and is using mobile 1 atf alright?

camry has 50k miles.

take it to a tranny shop or speciality shop that has the tranny "flush" machine.

if you just drop the filter, you're only chaning about 4-5 quarts. if you go and have it flushed the machine is "truly" changing your fluid.
