1mz-fe fuel injector upgrade question

I am thinking of underdriving my supercharger, and according to everything i've read im going to have to do some fuel system upgrades. Now my question is can I use a higher volume toyota fuel injector with my stock ecu? I looked up the specs on the 3rz-fe and the resistance value for the injectors were the same as a 1mz, but the volume was greater. So I was thinking a swap could be possible with not just the 3rz, but possible with other engines as well. Anyone have any ideas?

Cool

Yes, but you need a piggyback that will decrease ignition timing advance, and decrease the amount of fuel the larger injectors are providing. It is also extremely important to have a large enough fuel pump (Walbro 190), and a real working RRFPR/FMU.
The TRD sueprcharger is a piston popping ugly bitch.

Water injection ftw.

the fuel pump is no problem, but any suggestions for the piggyback and the rrfpr?

Do you have a part number? I know there is a 7th injector kit from trd, but I don't believe there is an application for my car. Thanks for the thought.

I did speak with trd today, and I learned with the factory pulse width running a 340cc injector I would be 15% rich at idle and under vaccuum. I also sourced my injectors today as well as my pump, now I just need a way to change my pulse width values. I am open for suggestions of any piggy back. I did see Jet Performance does custom ecus, has anyone used a jet ecu or had any dealings with their products?

Don't higher flow fuel injectors mean that you have to fill up more often?

(decrease in gas mileage)
