Engine is back from the machine shop. Should I replace the oil pump?

Well, here is the situation.
I bought a used camry with 80000miles. The engine was blown- cracked rod. Body is excellent. I bought a used engine. I seperated the head from the block and stripped the used engine of all its parts. Took it to the machine shop for cleaning, hone, new rings, etc. They said the 130000mile engine was in great shape.
As I begin to put it all back together, I wonder if I should replace the oil pump while it is out. The interior of the pump looks very good. Like brand new. However, the small seal on the face of the pump under the pump pulley looks dry. Should I replace the pump and or seal?

Once the engine is ready, How do I use a drill to prime the pump? Is there a special drill bit/attachment for this purpose?

just replace the seal. call the machine shop up and ask them about the priming... i believe that if you put the engine back together and oil everything up good as you go then you dont have to do it, but i dont really know, so check that out with them or a mechanic.
