OK to start my car cranks ok but wont run. ive changed multiple things, still not having luck. to start with on this vehichle ive changed the injectors, the fuel pump the throttle position switch, the egr valve the fuel pressure regulator the plugs and wires, the distributor, the timing belt, all vacuum lines, the fuel filter, the fuel rail, completely cleaned intake manifold(inside) checked sensors, drained old gas and added new, lube and filter.
with that said now for my problem. She cranks ok even sounds like she wants to run from time to time but wont stay running for more then a few seconds. if i hit the gas pedal she dies out. Also if i am spraying
starting fluid in through the intake she will run, and sounds really good, open the throttle she revs up and all, Having her running like this enabled me to perfect the timing. so my question is what else could it be? Could it possibly be an issue with the afm? I didn't think so because from what im seeing this looks like a fuel issue. i'm desperate at this point any help you guys can offer id be greatly in your debt
