Help! Avalon Fusible Link Removal

Okay techies, I know you are out there don't let me down. Upon almost completing a remote start install on my Pastor's 2006 Avalon, I was test fitting the air bag bracket and grounded out the starter wire. After a quick diagnosis I found that the #58 fuse (labeled Starter System) was blown, this fuse is part of the fusible link in the slot closest to the fender in the engine fuse block.

Here is my Q. I can not figure out how to get the fusible link out. I am hoping I do not have to pull the block and am looking for someone to help reduce my removal time. It looks like it should pull straight out but it is very tight. As an installer I have learned to ask before prying on plastic.

Please help me, I am in dire straights to get this car up and running again for my busy Pastor. Any schematics or drawings PDF or anything might also help in the answer.

Thanks So Much in advance

Gotta pull the bottom of the fuse block off. the fuse is bolted to 2 wires, and you gotta push the release on the fuse, and the fuse and 2 wires will com out when u pull on them. Should be bolted on with 2 10mm bolts
