I NEED HELP 2000 ceclia 1ZZ FE tech

on the oil pump on this engine 1ZZ FE 2000 CELICA, can the presure be changed by changing the the spring, was looking at some pictures and seen what apperred to be a presure valve monted on the front of the oil pump. the car is lossing oil presure after it heats up and rattles a little and the light flashes some and then stays on, also where car i get a engine manual for this engine, where is the best place for parts. or is the motor junk an need replacing, where would you get a long block. any help would be apprieated

Tater, have you had the oil pan off yet? To check the oil pump pick up tube? You can check for sludge, Even pulling off the valve cover could be a clue. Does it have a rod knocking or does it sound like the chain tensioner is not getting oil? How many Miles?
