Megasquirt

I was just looking for someone who uses Megasquirt on their 5sfe/5sfte/3sgte that i could steal a map from just to get me started. Or someone that could share some tips about getting the car started, and running enough to start tuning.

sorry i can't help

sorry I don't have a map, but I would be very interested in hearing about your experience on using this ecu. I plan on doing an engine swap and would like to think about using a standalone ecu.

Well, megasquirt is probably the cheapest route. But since it's consumer based, and pretty much a huge project, theres no support really other than their forums. So finding a map is pretty hard unless someone has a map that you can start with.

http://www.megasquirt.info/ This is for the megasquirt 1,looks like you may have to go through the base programing of the unit step by step.Highly recommend getting a wideband first, before you start.Do you have some form of ignition system control aswell?Turbo right?

If you have the megasquirt 2 then i believe it has ignition control and wideband hook up, http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/i...nsor-p-41.html this will work with it.Uses a bosch lsu 4.2 5 wire sensor(in most wideband kits)

Happy tuning
