pod filter? how much power?

if i put on a pod filter how much % in power will i get? and what about a after market muff (1 of thoes chrome 5" ones you see on very 1's car)

i've got a proper CAI with an HKS mushroom filter on the end and i beleive i've felt a bit of difference, especially on a cold night, but realistically it won't add much.

and yes i got a cat back with one of those canon mufflers with a 4" tip, and i'm not sure if i felt anything. as for figures, both the mods would add mayber a couple of hp?
