need a little help with my 22 re build

ok so im just starting to tear into the 22re in my 1983 celica gts and i have a few questions. i blew the headgasket a year ago and the motor has 160 grand on it so im just doing a full performance rebuild. i want to punch the cylinders out but idk what is a safe bore for the motor.

also i am wanting to get the head ported, grind teh seats, oversize the valves, shave teh deck a bit and put a hot cam in.

im planning on running a turbo but i cant find a turbo kit for the car, any suggestions?

also i have a 2 stage fogger nitrus system with a hundred shot capacity in planning on running.

im not sure what to do to the motor to run the turbo and nos

pretty much i need a advice on the build, and im looking to keep the cost low. i plan to use it for both street and strip so i dont want anything to outragious. any help would be great!

thanks a lot

Im doing the same thing you are. Ive got an 85 gts with the 22re. also boosting it but want something streetable. on http://www.importperformanceparts.net is where im getting a bunch of my parts. the Ultra engine kit has everything to rebuild the motor. forged pistons, full gasket set, piston rings, water pump, oil pump, timing set. everything for 445. porting the head would be a good idea but dont shave the deck too much or that will build ur compression. u want it kinda low. just clean the deck up with a light cut. valves definitly a good idea. Im rebuilding the head with new springs valves, seals, everything. pm me maybe we could swap info on our builds...help eachother out
