How's my emission result?

I did this in the summer, it passed but I never looked at how it passed. LOL.

Running:
HC 64-29
CO .35-.00
NO ppm 470-102
@1685 rpm

Idle:
200-114
1-0.04
@708 rpm

So is this GOOD or VERY GOOD or RIDICULOUSLY EXCELLENT?

This is with Y-pipe + high-flow cat.

its called the high flow cat ... let me guess is it a Random Cat ??? if it is then its because they use a higher amount of Platinum on their cats than stock...
