trany problem...i think?

ok, first of all, in the morning when im on the way to school, i reach my cruising speed around 60-80mph(depending on my mood) and the tranny will never shift in to 5th???why? after about 3 miles it will finally shift, but i better not expect to pass someone cuz it can take all day.

i raced my friend in a circuit race around where i live, i go around a 90 degree turn and when i hit the gas in the apex the engine starts to die....if it was a manual it would feel like someone let off the clutch and isn't givin it enough gas...what's the prob?

when i start my car a shit load of blue smoke comes out my pipe, what's the deal?
