It's a mid-engined tuner car by TOM'S. TOM'S is a tuner company that uses Toyotas as their base. They've also done work for the Supra and Altezza.
It's all fiberglass construction and looks like a cross between an AW11, Lotus Elise, and the Tommy Kaira II/III. Has gull wing doors. It uses a lot of Toyota parts and the 20v 4A-GE as it's powerplant. It's very rare, and I don't think it's in production anymore. You can actually win it in Gran Turismo 2. Dunno about 3.
Some people have dropped 20v 4A-GEs in AW11s. I know of at least one person in Australia who managed to make a 20v 7A-GZE, but I think he had to use forged internals.
BTW, the problem with the 7A-FE --> 7A-GE isn't really about forced induction, but rather the fact that the "G" head can rev the engine beyond 8000 rpm, but the internals on the 7A were really designed for the "F" head. If you rev it too hard, it's like a gernade waiting to go off. MANY peope have blow up their 7As without even adding a blower. Mild forced induction might not be such a problem, as long as you don't lead-foot it.
