Spark Plugs... Colder or Hotter....?

Anybody care to explain me about the temperature ratings for a spark plug....? I'm planning on going turbo soon but I'm in the middle of deciding the adecuate heat range for the plugs and the reasons on why I should pick one or the other and what are the consecuences or using a colder or hotter plug.

Thanks

Well, just for the sake of being helpful to people who haven't found 'the info', here is a great page about how to read spark plugs: http://www.dansmc.com/spark_plugs/Sp...s_catalog.html
