Question Toyota Carina ED 3SGE ?

This might not be in the right place but..

what is a Toyota Carina ED 3SGE?

There is one for sell on eBay, and i have never heard of it before. Did a google search on it, but most results were in german or romainan. Looking for a motor for my camry and I am curious to what the difference, if any, would be compaired to one out of a Celica.
