LOCtite Blue .. help :(

I need to melt some loctite blue.. It's in a place that can't be reached for hand-tool removal.. nor am I able to remove the part because of it's position. Does anyone know of a chemical, household or otherwise that would melt blue loctite or any other way of goin at it? Heat isn't an option really.. I can use a small amount of heat but I'd prefer not to as I'd have to go at it with an open flame.

As far as I know, heat will only make it stronger.
It's only blue, so it shouldn't be too difficult to remove. That stuff is only meant to prevent bolts from vibrating loose. Just be thankful it's not the red stuff.

Try using more leverage on the wrench. You should be able to bust it loose.

What exactly are we trying to break free?

Uh.. ya know the little rod that goes through a carb that holds the choke plate.. or even the same on a fuel injected vehicle.. the plate that blocks airflow.. the ITB.. Well anyway I was securing this little bolt into the end of the rod.. of which I tapped threads. As it would turn out my machinist drilled in a little to far.. and when I put the blue loctite in .. it came out the other side of the rod.. where the choke plate was.. and it got around the rod.. The rod goes through the intake barrel.. well it got between the rod and the actual barrel.. and when the loctite starts to cure up turning into a plastic.. yadda yadda you get the picture.

Well as it turns out I acted fast and as soon as I looked and noticed the loctite going down on the choke plate n stuff I started to cover the inside of the carb with carb cleaner.. that helped.. but it was still sticking up.. anyway I got some pure acetone tonite n that helped a LOT.. that plus just the fact of opening the chokes a lot.. since the loctite isn't designed to hold as strong as the red loctite.. lol.. it just eventually breaks free and does nothing.. that and the acetone softened it up and some WD40 helped to restore some lubrication to the area.
