22re motor in a corona?????

Hey guys i am new to the forum so excuse me if i have posted in the worng area I am currently building a 22re motor out of a 1992 pickup...I plan to max the motor on hp and torque but wan to drop it inot a car....will it fit in a 1969 2-dr corona or no?????If not what cars are they usually droped into......thanx for theinfo guys.....

the 22re should fit in the 69 corona with custom motor mounts. the 22re is such a frickin stout motor, you can't kill the damn thing! good luck and that's awesome that you're doing something creative and not played out. old school yotas rule!

Not sure with the 69 corona, but it will sure drop in a 75 and up Celica and Corona
