My 93 Toyota Corolla (1.8L, auto, 120k miles) suddenly developed a series of electrical woes. The check engine light flashes about once per drive. The error codes are the "ignition signal" (ignitor, ignition coil, ECM), "coolant temperature" (coolant temp sensor or ECM), and "knock sensor signal" (knock sensor or ECM).
The airbag light is also on but I suspect this is unrelated. The car has a fresh set of Bosch platinum spark plugs, ignition wires, dist. cap, and rotor.
Is it possible for all 3 of these parts (ignition stuff + 2 sensors) to good bad all together or is the ECM a problem? Any thoughts?
On edit: the idle while driving is too low - when my foot's off the gas the RPMs seem to drop too low. No tach no no numbers
