okay, so if everything goes according to plan, i'll be running 304 in and ex with a 10mm lift with the under bucket shims....thats if everything goes according to plan....
time to get some opinions on timing...i'll be posting on the club, but i want as much input as possible...and btw, how the fack do these under bucket shims fit in???
fyi, every car that i have seen with such crazy ass cams are running higher comp. what else are you planning to do?
you want your engine on the 4A-GE PO-RN thread don't yuou
hey lemme know when you are going to tackle this, i am sure jover and me would want to look at the shimming in progress.
okay..so here it is...assuming none of the plans fall through...
304 in and ex with stiffer valve springs, retainers, shims and keepers.
oversized trd valves
trd adj. cam gears
0.8mm trd metal head gasket
either 44 mikuni solex or 45 webbers ( with all the neccessary ignition and fuel hardware to get it running niceeeee)
equal length headers to a 2.25 exhaust
stock red hat internals ( i can't afford to go higher otherwise i would be putting some 11:1 wisecos in there)
port and polished and blueprinted
yup i will call you guys over when i satrt working on it...actually derek, jover and myself talked about having little mechanic/work on car ciphers....i know you'll be interested in that andrew....

sounds phat like blubber.
but them trd cam gears are bizzatchs, see if you can get the sliding ones, you have to take those buggers off everytime if you want to change anything. well not liek you can change much with taht setup, sounds like it will run great, or not at all
get a blue top crank, its lighter, and plenty strong enough. just shot peen the friggin thing.
