5s-fe want help

Hello im a boy from sweden, and im not so good on english,
i have a toyota mr2 5s-fe and I want some more power in the engine, How shuld i do,
some have told me to change the cylinderhead to 3sge whit intake, some one her have don it??

ore shuld i put som cams in the engine,

if you have an mr2, get a rear clip of a turbo mr2, ad swap the engine, either that or get the manifold, turbo, oil pan, downpipe, intercooler pipes, intercooler, and exhaust from the turbo mr2 and do a turbo.
