twin electric fans dont work!!

i just recently took appart my engine to change head gasket and put it all back together no overheating of any sort just my twin electic fans next to main engine fan dont activate when they are supposed to. i took them out when i took engine apart so i need any knowledge as to why it wont turn on anymore thnx.

k looks like no one knows what im talking about but its hte two min fans next to battery the a/c and oil cooler fan. i scanned everything that had to do w/the components and found a broken vsv. its in the process of shipping but allong hte lines of that anyone have any ideas??

test the fans by directly hooking them up to the battery. Check all your fuses. Check to make sure everything it plugged in. Did you let the car fully warm up before testing the fans?
