Does anyone know what this pipe does? It's broken off the point where it attaches, i think it's the vsv? but i don't know what that does



Also lately when I've been driving it almost hits a rev limit when I use over 50% throttle. sometimes it just wont rev higher and othertimes it stutters and jerks the car violently. It does it more so when cold. Any ideas as to what it could be? Cheers
