22R turbo questions: please help!

ok i'm new here and I searched around multiple forums and tons of different google searches and its yeilded no hard numbers for me to use. I have an 85 22R engine, carbureted, built for turbo set up with forged rods, low compression pistons, aftermarket head, dual sidedraft carburetor setup, all the good stuff but the turbo was bad when i got it. i have been running it with factory intake/carb setup and exhaust and am ready to hook up the turbo. The distributor that the guy had on it was broke so i swaped it out with mine and my brother setup the timing. i'm swaping over the dual sidedraft carb/intake setup that it came with and an AR.50 ebay turbo. what i need to know about is fuel pressure and gallon per hour ratings for an electrical fuel pump(or just a part number, lol) to keep up with the now turbocharged engine's fuel demands. I also need to know what to do about the timing: what to set the base timing at. do i need an MSD box with a boost timing retard controller? can i run it without and somehow hook up the vaccum advance to run off the boost to make it retard the timing? will the original vaccum advance just work as intended even though the manifold is now under pressure. the guy i bought the engine from didn't say anything about that stuff and he had the vaccum advance hooked up like you would on a normal naturally aspirated engine. I know a little bit about turbos but not enough and any and all input would be greatly appreciated. thanks
