Performance gains will depend on the condition of your engine, what you have done (mods), and how many psi your running. Along with how much your intercooler can handle before loosing effectiveness. There are many, many factors.

It really varies man. Depends on what you push the turbo to. Most basic turbo setups will give you somewhere in the 70hp range on a stock engine (from what I have seen. Don't quote me on that for everything). If you up the psi, you could get a lot higher. There are too man variables.
