Hey everyone....i have some questions

Hi all im new here and completely to toyotas and i have some questions................First off let me say that i have a 2000 toyota camry ce with a 2.2 and an automatic transmission............I do have a couple of questions however................I have only done a little homework................what are the best intake and exhaust parts for these cars???...............where can i find performance parts for these "grandma cars"........................thanks everyone in advance for all of your help and i hope to be talking more to everyone later
