I have them in my Haynes manual for the Shift Lock Solenoid, I'm assuming that's what you want to imitate. Not sure if this is what you need but nevertheless, here are the specs:

1. Ignition switch ON position and P position 0 volts
2. Depress brake pedal 8.5 - 13.5 V
3. (approx - after 20 secs) 5.5 - 9.5 V
4. Except P position 0 V

For the Key lock Solenoid:
1. Ignition switch ACC and P position 0V
2. Ignition switch ACC and except P position 10-14V
3. (approx. after one second) 6-9V

I burnt out all my resistors today! All were the right resistance (13 ohms) and varied from 1/4 watt to 2 watts! I dont know how high of a wattage i need to go!
