Any guides showing how to clean throttle body?

I'm reading on here quite abit and alot of suggestions I see for maintaining a high milage car is to clean the throttle body.

Are there any online guides... (with pictures preferably) that show how to do this? Would be doing this on a 95 Corolla and later on my Tundra.

I don't even know where to begin with this =/

On top of that, remove one plastic hose at a time and spray the cleaner into the throttle body.
