I am pretty hard pressed when it comes to being impressed with polishes and waxes and I have used mothers carnuba liquid wax on my car with satisfactory results.

After using numerous house hold metal polishes like Braso, Twinkle and Haggards silver foam, i finally gave in and decided to give mothers a try.

The results really impressed me. The Luster and GLEAM that this polish brings out is amazing. I used it on one wheel only and the results were very noticible. the lip just gleams and really stands out.

Now i used this on my set of refinished rims with BARE polished aluminum lips. that means rims that HAVE NOT BEEN CLEARCOATED. NOT many rims are like this anymore, so don't expect the same results on your wheels, unless you know you can take a cloth and rub wax/polish into it, apply it to the wheel and the cloth comes off grey/black.

I'm thinking of buying the 3 step car care kit from mothers!

I help my buddy do the three steps and I was really impressed! He has a White 1996 Jetta GT and the body wasn't white anymore! It was grey because of all the oxidization and smoke and all that! So it had dark spots and white spots!

It took us 8 hours to finish the car, first we used the paint cleaner which brought out the bright white colour with no differences, then we polished it and then waxed it! It looked pure show after we were done.. So I'm buying that as soon as my car passes the 3 weeks barrier..
