Clutch feel Problems.. help

so i got my clutch replace like a month ago.

before changing it, the pedal was really hard push,
but now its really light, super light... i like it but the problem is it kinda sticks to the floor for about half a second when you punch it like when trying to shift fast.

ive tried adjusting the clutch shaft but extending it makes it stick even longer and retracting the rod any more will not compress the clutch

what can i do to fix it??

Did ya put some grease or anti-seize on the input shaft/pilot bushing? Also, just a small dab of anti-seize on each of the 'fingers' on the pressure plate and thow-out bearing might help. Are the pressure plate fingers adjusted equally/properly?
Just some things to try.
