Unhappy phantom brakes

I have had this prob with my brakes for some time. I installed brembo brake system on to my 95 camry and from time to time the brakes will start to grab?? I mean all 4 wheels to the point where the car was really revving just to move. I jacked it up that day in the middle of the road to confirm what I knew!! I did a lot of trouble shooting!! when I first did the brake job I bleed the whole system I had a brake ped it was solid. The booster seemed to be good also, then out of the blue the "Phantom lock up"!! Currently only "one" wheel will brake that's right!! only "one"!! the rest have shut down completely!! I have heard stories of the proportioning valve going bad, but that is remote, right?? or maybe there is still air in the line stuck some where?? I don't know!!!---"UPDATE"--- I BLEAD THE BRAKES AGAIN!! last night the car was stoping great and and today great up untill about an hour ago. Now its back to the one wheel thing?? this is so crazy anyone please tell me somthing???

One question, was the kit a direct replacement, meant for the camry? I'm just thinking if it was a universal type of kit, you might have issues with the amount of fluid the master cylinder pushes out and that amount wouldnt be compatible with the calipers.
