Cut wiring harness VS uncut

Ok, have an oppertunity to get my motor that i need a month sooner, but it comes with a CUT wiring harness.

the price is $100 cheaper, but not sure it comes with a ECU, it *might*

Question is, how much harder is it to use a cut harness vs an uncut harness?

$100 is not worht the trouble of dealing with a cut harness. Definitley take the one with the uncut harness

also are there any differences between the GE wiring harness for a MR2 vs a Celica? keep in mind the engine is going into a gen2 camry

MR2 would be made for a Rear mounted engine, hence it would be hard to fit in a car with the engine mounted up front.

Im not talking about the motor, im talking about the harness.

Is there a difference in a Mr2 harness vs a Celica harness?

i dont think it matters since you are putting it in a camry...

as far as a cut harness goes, they cut it right at the firewall when they remove the motor. most places remove like 50 motors a day, so they cut hoses, wires, sometimes axles and motor mounts.

I wasnt talking about the motor either. But the harness. the one for the mr2 is made to be mounted with the engien in the back, hence the wire measuerements are much shorter and way way way different than the one for the FR-platform. The celica harness would be alot easier to install.
