yes... except for one bolt u gotta drill i think... i remember seeing someone put it in and he said he needed to drill one hole that's about it...

I dunno about drilling a hole.

Theres a extra hole on the 3S-GTE manifold thats not used when you bolt it up to a 5S-FE. Its the top middle hole. Other then that the manifold bolts right up.

No, you don't have to drill anything, it will bolt in just fine.
