what are the differences between the first gen 5sfe used 90-91 and the second gen 5sfe used from 92 on?

No cold start injector on 92+. So you'll need ECU if you're swapping different gen 5S-FE.

It just a tube to the TB, no valve. When enough air pass through TB, it'll draw air from crankcase.
