Turbo Type ?

I am planning my performance upgrades for my camry- 3sfe and i am deciding apon the turbo, i was just wondering what brand/size would be appropriate for a daily driver, running a proposed 7psi (want low lag). also for the internals what would be appropriate - 3s gte or a brand.
I am a graduated noob, however still this is my first car and first real hp performance upgrade.

Prices would be great (currency stated)
Im not sure with the money though. Try to stick to a budget but they always blow out - sure everyone knows of that

ct-26 seems to be the choice of many camry owners that turbo their cars...u can find them off mr2s or celicas (3SGTEs)....
