Turbo rebuild Q's

hey guys i need to rebuild my turbo....
anyone know where i can get a rebuild kit??? or just specific parts, i wont know what i need until i take it apart...
does the dealership sell parts for a turbo??

ive checked online for kits but the only one i found was on ebay and the guy wont ship to Canada...

or i can take my turbo to get rebuilt... how much should i expect to pay??? i dont wanna get ripped off.

also will a rebuild kit for a stock ct-26 work for a upgraded ct-26 (HIFI 60 trim t04)

the blades brush the housing when a radial force is applied, no axial play

and when i spin the blades it only goes half a rotation before stopping without hitting the housing.

I hope your not trying to rebuild it yourself.

The shaft needs to be balanced.
