pro oil pump

most of you know that you can raise oil psi by shimming the relief valve on the oil pump, I need to know fast how many psi can be gained from a .004 to .006 shims, I guess a better Q is, has anyone on here shimmed a oil pump before?

Get a higher flow oil pump. Also make sure you seal everything really good. Toyota got metal gaskets for 5S-FE.

You'll need both. Get a Oil Pressure gauge if you shim it. Just to make sure you don't over pressure it.
