Question Please help my 4Runner

1990 4runner, V6 SR5 4x4 My speedometer, odometer and trip odometer stopped working, all gears in automatic still work including O/D but the O/D light on the dash flashes about every 3-4 seconds. When the O/D is turned off, the light stops flashing and stays on. Thank you for your help!!

I think there should be an instrument fuse used.

Cool

No idea. Better use a scanner like fredk said and try searching/posting on yotatech.com.

Maybe you broke the speedo cable. Up till 93 it is cable driven and all mechanical. Either the speedo itself is broken or the cable is broken. The speedo then sends an electrical signal to the ECU to tell it the vehicle speed. That could be why your OD light blinks cuz the ECU isn't getting a vehicle speed signal.
