Angry My Engine Falls On It's Face!!!!

I am hoping someone can help....My 1994 Toyota 4x4 Pickup has been having some engine problems. It will run fine for weeks at a time, then every-so-often(much more recentley the past few days) the "check engine" light will illuminate and the engine will fall flat on it's face. Pushing the accelerator just makes the engine "bogg-out". It will idle okay, but as soon as there is any load on the engine, it just about dies! I origianlly thought ignition, so it was all replaced. Now I am thinking fuel system. Can someone help me please!! I can answer any question syou may have to help diagnoss the situation. Thank you in advance, I will send the person who supplies te most help a t-shirt and some gear from our company!!

My truck does have a major exhaust leak and about 154,000 miles.

I found a thresd that looks similar to my problem :

sounds like car bogs/stumbles under 1500rpm when I hit the accelerator. why?

thanks again for your help!!

Well, you're only blindly trying to fix the problem. Pull codes and see what you're getting. Not sure if that motor has a knock sensor or not, but that could explain things.

Codes Were Pulled

Codes were pulled and found them umhelpful. I do not have them handy, but if it comes to it, I will get them posted. Thanks to you too Tim. I am not sure also how a knock sensor would effect the engine's performance..

Well, if the ECU doesn't see data from the knock sensor after 90 seconds, you'll throw a code. The ECU will be hesistant to advance timing and thus, no power.

Reminds me when the knock sensor was loose on my GZE. I'd floor it, motor would roar like it was really moving...but it had no power. It was rather hilarious.

Not The Case

My motor will not even rev with "engine light", it is powerless. It has more power idling then with it gased. Idles fine. Only thing I can tihnk is a faulty wire because it is so unpredictable.
