Well, you can open up the venturis inside the carbs(I'm assuming the RGU uses carbs), increase (drill out) the jetting to match(.05mm per 1mm of venturi increase), add huge, flared out velocity stacks.
For cams, you could get Webcam to regrind them, probably to something like 310 degree, 10mm lift or so, run them at 110 lobe centers.You'll have to compensate for the material removed from the base circle of the cam and add larger shims under the valve lifter cups, or weld onto the valve tips.
That's what I'd do anyways.
