new exhaust, headers (I'm guessing 1MZ-FE headers will fit, if you can find any), along with an intake (again, 1MZ-FE intakes should fit). Beyond that, you'll need custom parts, since last I checked, there wasn't any real aftermarket support for the 3MZ-FE yet. You should be able to get a pinout of the ECU and hookup a standalone or piggyback which should give you a nice little gain.
Standard intake and cat-back. But like every other Toyota, you're not going to get a ton of power from those.
Have an entirely new exhaust built.
Between a new cat-back, y-pipe, and headers; Y-pipe will more than likely result in the largest power gain.
You could be the first person (I know of) with headwork done on a 3mz. The rest of the v6 line responds insanely well to good port and polishes.

Basically, you can easily gain 20+ hp with the exhaust, headers, and manifold alone
If you want to be a hardcore tuner, get a port and polish and balance the engine out. Get some exhausts, and a racing chip. It should cost you a hefty $7000 but hey, you asked for some advice.
