A customer came in today who wants me to rebuild his GTS engine and turbo it. I have never done a GTS engine before but I know that JRP performance is working on a turbo kit for it. Any information regarding internal upgrades parts manufacturers, or techniques would be greatly appreciated.

The compression ratio is pretty high on the 2ZZ, is it not? How low might it have to go (of course, that depends on how much boost you want to run)?

Yes its 11.5:1, I think I will have to contact JRP and ask them how their turbo kit is coming and what type of modifications they actually made to the engine.
