The steering in my camry seems to be kinda stiff and slow. Im riding on stock rubber and i want a way to make the wheel turn alot smoother and fluidly, quicker. any ideas?

stiff and slow?

you may want to check your alignemnt. cuz even if your wheeel is pointed center and you still go straight you could have some serious toe out, and this could cause the steering to be stiffer than it should be.

check the insides of your tires for excessive wear.

i think the tires are fine, and the steering fluid is topped off. maybe its just the way the camry turns. there is just a big difference between my steering and my girlfriends acura legend LS.

Well I prefer stiff steering to most overly light ones, makes you more aware which way your wheels are pointing and makes you "feel" the road better ;P
