yup, thats what i said folks, brake fluid! I was talking to my dad who holds part of the 70's lexicon of DYI domestic car modding that everyone one his age has, and he says that they used to use brake fluid to shine their tires back in the day. anyone know if this works?

I know it works for a fact Dark, but if any of it fly and hit your paint.. Bye bye paint, you know how brake fluid mixes with paint!

My cousin used engine oil to shine his tires, it worked alright.. My other buddy used pepsi but it didn't turn out as well as he wanted it too since he had to sit there and brush all the dead bugs and dust of his tires..

I'd say just spend the $10 and buy a tire shiner..
